Job Title – NPI Process Engineer – Assembly

£ 35,000 p.a. – £ 45,000 p.a. (depending on experience), 33 days holiday (inc stat), Pension, early finish Friday

Are you a Process Engineer with NPI and assembly systems experience interested in working on extremely advanced, low volume projects for some of the most exciting performance cars on the planet? We are looking for a NPI Process Engineer with a background in New product introduction and manufacturing engineering/ process engineering. As an NPI Process Engineer your day to day responsibilities will consist of;

Management of process documentation including PFMEA, Design for Manufacture (DFM), DFMEA and Control Plans.
Working with Design engineering for new products and protypes, supporting through to production.
Designing, developing and support processes for new products, from Jigs and fixtures to work instructions.
Supporting Quality engineering in defect investigation and deliver root cause resolution.
supporting the project team to meet project milestones.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced NPI Process Engineer with the following;

Experience in an manufacturing engineering or process role with a mechanical background, ideally mechanical assembly (automated & semi automated)
Experience in DFMEA and cradle to grave manufacturing projects
Proven track record of manufacturing method improvements in assembly and GMP methods
Six sigma background. Black belt preferable but not essential.
