It takes more than good productivity to make the aftersales department successful. In this key role, you will make sure you excel in every sense, this will include being a good team player and the customer interactions you have are personalised. You'd work on the vehicles as if they were your own. Setting an example to the rest of the team.

Pin-sharp attention to detail and an all-round positive, enthusiastic attitude.

You can have main dealer or independent garage experience to be successful with this one. You must however, have NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3.

Know your Rewards

Basic Salary:

Depending on your level of experience you will be able to earn between £22,000 – £29,000 basic. The bonus scheme will allow you to earn an additional £6,000 – £9,000 on top, giving you an OTE ranging from £31,000 – £38,000+.

This is a 4 day working week only, across a 5 week shift rotation. The hours will be 7am – 6pm with 1 hour for lunch. Every 5th week you end up having a 3-day weekend. Saturdays' are 1 in 4 8am – 1pm and are paid at a flat rate of overtime.
