Leadership Training Manager

Would you like to develop a leadership development programme from a blank slate?
Here are Scania GB we are great at technical training. We know how to teach someone how to fix a truck, bus or engine.
Now we want to expand our ability to train our managers to be fantastic leaders. Not that they aren’t already, but everyone needs to keep honing their skills.
This is where you come in.
You’ll partner with the business. First, assessing the needs of our people leaders. For this you’ll work closely with our people business partners, people leaders from around the business, as well as looking at internal and external customer feedback. You’ll play a critical part in our internal talent and succession planning discussions.
Then you’ll curate a suite of leadership development training. Some created by you and some outsourced to specialists in particular areas.
You’ll deliver this training to the business through a mixture of your own delivery and external specialists deploying a blend of face-to-face as well as virtual learning methods.
You’ll have the scope to make your own decisions and really influence the future of Scania GB’s people leaders.
