Lead Systems Engineer | DO-178C | Safety Critical | Realtime Systems | Aerospace
Avanti Recruitment have partnered with a growing aerospace company near Milton Keynes who are looking for a Senior or Lead level realtime Systems Engineer with a background in safety critical development confirming to DO-178/C standards.
You’ll be producing architecture and system design documentation so will need a grounding in UML / SysML tools and work with the team developing both system and software test plans.
Ability to implement DO-178C software is essential and you’ll need to be able to select tooling for DO178C projects, be well versed in hardware selection and setting up and refining software processes against new toolsets and standards.
You’ll be working in a rapidly growing, close knit team on a number of government funded UAV and aerospace projects. They’re a growing company so have a ‘roll your sleeves up and get stuck in’ culture where collaboration and creativity are encouraged and rewarded, learning and professional development is promoted across the entire business with plenty of scope for promotion and professional development.
This role would suit either a Lead level Systems Engineer or an experienced Senior looking to make a step up.
