Job Title:             Internal Sales Co-Ordinator

Location:             Loudwater/High Wycombe, Bucks

Salary:                 £22,000- £25,000 depending on experience

Hours:                  Monday – Friday – 9am-5pm

We currently have a vacancy for an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join us at our base in High Wycombe/Loudwater , which supplies to the Emergency Services and Specialist Vehicle sectors. The position will be to provide support to the external sales team and their customers with preparing and issuing of quotations, as well as supporting the operations team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue product quotations.

• Prepare schematics diagrams to compliment the quotation.

• Provide customers with order status updates.

• Respond to incoming sales enquiries.

• Monitor and update product data sheets.

• Provide customers with updates on product returns

Requirements

• Ability to work in a busy environment and be adaptable to meet the demands of the organisation.

• Time management skills, be able to manage and prioritise own workload.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.

• Confident in communicating at all levels.
