Designing and modelling of Instrument panel Hard & Soft Trim Components using UG-NX.
* Design review with Manufacturing and assembly feasibility studies.
* Benchmarking study as and when required.
* Design Support for the analysis teams (Impact, Durability and NVH) to meet various Regulatory and test requirements.
* Apply knowledge of plastic part design, injectionmoulding techniques into design concepts and develop parameterized 3D CAD models and 2D drawings.
* Knowledge in Design Methodologies, Manufacturing and Assembly feasibility (Interior Trims Subsystems – Instrument panel).
* 810 years of Product Design & development experience in automotive Interior Trim Components (Door Trim, IP, Glove Box, Console, Load Floor, Pillar Trims, and Soft Trims etc.)
* Working experience in Component & System level designing.
* Good Knowledge in Manufacturing & Assembly feasibility study for sheet metal & plastic parts. Knowledge on Drawing Methodologies using GD&T.
* Experience to work with cross functional teams like CAE, Quality team etc.
* Coordination between design team & client or OEM.
* Work experience with International Automotive Tier 1 and OEMS. Good presentation and communication skills
