HR Manager Vacancy
Location – South (Buckinghamshire – Kent)
Salary – Up to £40,000
Hours – Monday-Friday 09.00am-17.30pm

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join one of my reputable clients. The company are one of the leading groups within the motor industry and continue to group each year.

The Role –

*Provide generalist HR advice, support and coaching to the management team across the HR lifecycle
*Working via the line management ensure that the data for your areas of responsibility in the system is accurate
*Using the HR system to access, produce reports and check data
*Hold monthly HR review meetings with general managers to drive HR standards and engagement
*Drive and support performance management within the business coaching managers
*Liaise with the HR Administration function to support the HR admin processes and ensure that the managers in your region adhere to these and dealing with issues
*Ensure that all employee transfers and promotions in the business are managed effectively and that all contracts are raised in a timely manner and the system updated
*Liaise with payroll as necessary to ensure that the payroll process is supported and system updated in a timely manner and assist with developing reporting
*Ensuring that the fitness and propriety process is undertaken and that all new starters have the relevant references and checks as required

Requirements –

– The successful candidate ideally with be CPID qualified.
– Must have previous experience working at an Advisor level with HR.
– Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
– Strong communication skills and must have the ability to multitask.
– Full & Clean Driver's License.
– Experience in the motor trade would be advantageous.
