HGV Technician – Milton Keynes – Days – Contract.

£24 per hour.

Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced HGV Technician to be based in the Manchester area on an ongoing basis.

Duties

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles
Carrying out road tests
Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards
Diagnoses of vehicles utilising computer based diagnostic equipment.
Preparation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspections.
Carry out re-chassis work and light fabrication.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

Ability to actively seek solutions to problems.
Good verbal communication skills
Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks.
High level of technical knowledge and ability in mechanical repair
Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday – Days – Long shifts available.
