HGV TECHNICIAN

4 on 4 off Shift Pattern Days and Nights

Salary – £43,500 + Overtime

Working Hours – 44 hours per week (Days & Nights)

Location – Leighton Buzzard

Motivated and Enthusiastic HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic required for a successful HGV workshop.

Responsibilities of a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic:

·Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards.

·Carry out routine inspections maintenance service and repairs on franchised and non-franchised

·Report to Workshop Controller / Manager

·Preparation and presentation of vehicles for MOT inspection.

·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.

·Ensure all paperwork is completed.

Skills and Qualifications of a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter / HGV Mechanic:

·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician

·HGV licence is an advantage

·Diagnostic experience
