Main Responsibilities
Leading and inspiring a small team you will be responsible for all aspects of UK reward, benefits and pensions including payroll, HR Systems, Data & Analytics. This would be an ideal opportunity for a Senior Reward Manager looking for their first Head of Reward position. As a member of the People & Culture Leadership team you will also be actively involved in other projects outside of your immediate remit, contributing to the ongoing development of our People & Culture agenda.

Tasks
Overall responsibility for payroll, compensation & benefits, HR Systems, Data and Analytics
Lead and develop a small Reward team to deliver operational excellence across all reward processes ensuring compliance in all we do
Lead the team through any project-related activity including the identification, implementation and management of a fit-for-purpose job framework
Provide oversight and insight on all Reward topics
Be the primary liaison with our external consultants on all Pensions topics which include DC and DB schemes
Manage the Internal Fleet Business Advisor, dealing with all aspects of our internal car schemes programmes
Working with our Payroll, Data & Systems Manager to develop our HR reporting and analytics capability, providing valuable insights which support decision making
Oversee the HR systems landscape, working with the team to continually improve the way the People team and our employees work interact with them
Contribute to discussions with our global centres of competence sharing your insight as a reward professional
In conjunction with our global Centres of Competence, ensure we are working in alignment with their policies and procedures as appropriate
Work with our suppliers to ensure we are getting the best possible service, challenging them to top performance
Advise on any legislative changes that may impact compensation and benefits activity
About you
Demonstrable leadership experience
Exceptional reward and benefits experience, including knowledge of global assignee management and payroll
Experience of running and improving the operational aspects of a busy Reward team
Always works with the upmost discretion and integrity
You thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment
You have the ability to be a hands-on operator as well as contributing to strategic discussions as we continue on our journey to modernise the People function
Analytical, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
A can-do, customer-centric approach
A great communicator
Ability to work under pressure and on multiple topics simultaneously
Understands the latest HR trends with the ability to translate theory into practical solutions, specifically in Reward and Benefits
