Our client, a franchised main dealer group in the Berkshire and South London area is currently looking to recruit a Group Sales Operation Manager to support and assist Senior Management in the running of the multi site business. You will help manage the Sales departments of 6-7 volume brand sites, travelling around different sites on a daily basis. The basic salary on offer is £35k, with an OTE of £50k and it's a Monday to Friday role.
Ideally you need to be based close to the South West London area with easy connecting routes to all South London locations as well as Surrey and Berkshire areas.
You will need to be someone who is very methodical, detailed and great with IT, KPI’s and reporting. Our client's ideal candidate will be from a main dealer Sales Manager or Sales Controller background.
Duties will include:
* Managing new and used car stock levels
* Managing company demonstrators
* Gathering and reporting daily KPI figures from each site
* Auditing sites on their KPI’s and performance
* Auditing brand/franchise standards
* Supervising all Management across each site
* Helping train and develop each sales team’s performance
* Staff appraisals and one to ones
* Helping create and manage budget performance
* Working with the marketing team, constructing consumer offers and managing the CRM
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6pm
