FLT Trainer – Permanent position – £20,800 – £24,960

Are you an experienced FLT Trainer and looking for a new challenge in 2021, want to work in leading UK automotive company to unitise your experience?

Our client, a UK leading automotive company, is looking for an experienced FLT Trainer to support their quality team based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

£20,800 – £24,960 – depending on experience
Working Monday to Friday – Some flexibility may be required
Contracted to 40 Hours per week
25 days holiday & Pension scheme 
As a FLT Trainer, you will be a key member of the operation; You will deliver all FTL training on-site ensuring legal & organisational standards are met, training colleagues on Counterbalance (B1, B2, B3), VNA (F1), Pivot Steer (P1) and Powered pallet stacker (A4) .
Using you experience of creating and delivering training plans, you will plan the training strategy to deliver all FLT training to all operatives, devise development plans for all colleagues providing  support in to the management team to build our future talent.
Experience/Skills & Competencies:

Must have your RTITB Instructor certificate in Lift Trucks
Must have 12 months experience of on-site training
Must have experience of training Counterbalance (B1, B2, B3), VNA (F1), Pivot Steer (P1) and Powered pallet stacker (A4)
Must hold valid counterbalance licence
Me be a Team player with exceptional communication skills
You will need to have competent administration and IT skills
Will have the leadership and influencing skills to drive a culture of continuous improvement
