Brand new Embedded Linux Engineer vacancy at a global technology business specialising in next generation technology within the automotive, aerospace, motorsport and marine sectors. 

Embedded Linux Engineer

The successful Embedded Linux Engineer will join a talented team and be expected to develop Embedded Linux applications using C. The role involves development of new applications for both the Automotive and Motorsport markets as well as support and enhancement of existing firmware. Alongside writing code you will also be required to analyse requirements, generate complete/accurate design documentation as well as task breakdowns and accurate estimates for project planning.

Embedded Linux Engineer Key Requirements:

Strong experience developing for Embedded systems
Embedded C programming
Proven experience with Linux BSPs and Linux Kernel
Knowledge of device driver development
Basic understanding of digital and analogue electronics
Desired Additional Skills:

Commercial experience using Yocto
Development with TCP/IP Stack
Experience working with EtherCAT
Commercial experience working with CAN Bus
Interviews commencing from Monday 6th December

Salary: £40-65,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits & Remote Working
