Newstaff Employment Services are working with a market leader in the design and manufacture of specialised scientific equipment in Milton Keynes

You will be working for a small friendly company with a enthusiastic environment which is also challenging and fast paced

We are looking for someone to join the electronics department as a Electronic Technician

Duties:

Ability to track fine details
Discover defects
Run inspection of parts
Read electrical drawings
Test products
Solder and assemble through hole PCBs
Wiring looms, cable harnesses, crimping, striping
Maintain a sage, clean environment at all times
To monitor, maintain and repair equipment
Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Ability to copy from samples and work from drawings or parts list
Ability to use soldering equipment
Use hand tools
Able to use word and excel
Ideally have a BTEC or equivalent in Electronics Engineering

Starting salary between £20,000 to £30,000 DOE
Hours of work Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday is 8.30am to 3.30pm
