DAY SHIFT Mobile HGV Mechanic

Location: Depot in Slough – area of coverage, West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire

Hourly rate: £20 per hour

Benefits Package: Van, fuel and paid travel

Contracted Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 17:00

My client is a well-established commercial vehicle maintenance organisation are actively seeking to employ an experienced Mobile HGV Mechanic to cover West London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas

As a Mobile HGV Mechanic you will be required to:

Take care of running defects
Carry out routine servicing and maintenance
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical defects
MOT preparations and presentations

The successful applicant will be a fully qualified HGV Mechanic with industry recognised qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ), a truck driving licence is required for this role, Class 2 HGV is a minimum expectation.

Hours of work for this Mobile HGV Mechanic are 50 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The contracted hours of work are from 07:00 to 17:00 Monday – Friday.

You will be provided with a company van, fuel card and you will be paid for your travelling time.

The hourly rate for this HGV Mechanics role will be up to £20 per hour depending on your skills, experience and driving licence held.
