Customer Support Manager – Power Generation
Location: Milton Keynes – Nationwide
Salary: £37,000 – £45,000 + Company Vehicle + Mobile Phone + Laptop + Bonus
Rota: Monday – Friday
An opening has become available with one of the country's leading power generation manufacturers working as a Customer Support Manager operating nationwide.
The client is looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager to take a leading role in developing and growing the aftermarket business by utilising customer and market information in order to develop local strategies and business plans.
The main responsibilities of the Customer Support Manager will include;
Support generator customers by providing technical and product support both remotely and on site
Assist the sales team by providing technical and product support
Provide technical supprt to engineers and Service Direct both remotely and on site
Manage the PDI process of all generators across all depots
The successful Customer Support Manager will have the following skills;
Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer is desirable as Electrical and Mechanical Generator competence is essential.
Previous experience dealing with OEM dealers
Understanding the Customer's business needs and asset management strategy
Strong Business development skills and relationship building
Self-Motivated and proactive
