Customer Success Manager
HOME BASED
Our client supports dealer groups with market intelligence and consulting to help them manage their used car businesses to sell more vehicles and optimise profitability
The Role
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of our key customers, providing insight, support and advice on the data available within our portfolio of products and acting as "the voice of the customer" driving a high level of customer satisfaction, engagement and user adoption, to ensure our customers get the best possible value and are successful in their use of our products
This is achieved through regular, effective communications, analysis of the data available, turning that into clear actionable information to our clients, becoming a trusted adviser and main point of contact.
Main Duties
* Pro-actively review client data and analyse to create recommended action plans
* Assist clients with help and support on their product portfolio
* Develop, upsell, manage and retain the relationships of our customers
* Be fully conversant in our products and able to explain the benefits they bring to customers
* Provide regular reports to key stakeholder
* Create key metrics to identify trends to improve client performance within their markets
Key Skills and Knowledge
* Understanding of the retail automotive sector
* Demonstrable experience and ability to convince others to absorb and embrace new products or concepts.
* Highly numerate with the ability to extract data and to manipulate this information for playback to internal staff and dealer teams.
* Highly organised in approach coupled with the ability to manage personal time effectively.
* Experience of utilising a structured CRM system
* Outbound B2B call experience
* Ability to understand requirements and present solutions
