You will be taking inbound enquiries from customers and resolving their queries efficiently and professionally, delivering outstanding and optimal customer service. Ensuring all customer queries are responded to and actioned ensuring customers are fully informed and have been guided through their finance contract.
Strong call handling skills are essential. Able to multi-task and have experience of working within a busy environment handling emails, inbound and outbound calls. The role will be 80% telephone work (Majority inbounds) with 20% administration.
Start Date: ASAP Duration: Initially until December 2021 – potentially longer, or temp to perm for the right individual.
Working 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm (30 mins lunch).
Initially working from home until government guidelines change.
Main Duties:
* Responding efficiently and professionally to calls (inbound and outbound) and emails providing one call resolution for customers and internal staff.
* Answering queries in respect of the company's products and services within the agreed time scales, investigating the queries on the various IT systems used.
* Taking ownership and working within guidelines to resolve customers queries through to completion.
* Recording all queries and action points on the customer contact system.
* Adhering at all times to the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act.
* Working in a fast-paced environment
