Contract Hire / Leasing Sales Executive required in Milton Keynes.
**Automotive / Motor Trade vacancy – Leasing / Contract Hire provider**
Monday – Friday hours (No weekends)
Salary up to £25,000 basic depending on experience + OTE £35k-£40k (uncapped)

We have a full time, permanent vacancy for a Leasing / Contract Hire based in the Milton Keynes area, due to the success and continued growth of the Company.
The Company
Our client is a forward-thinking, family owned vehicle contract hire and leasing company based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be part of a developing team, with the ability to help shape the company moving forwards.
As a company they offer a flexible approach when it comes to funding, rare within the industry. They specialise in providing new business start-ups, companies based outside the UK and companies that have unique credit positions with bespoke funding lines for company vehicles.
This company also works closely with vehicle brokers and dealership groups when it comes to providing funding lines to businesses with vehicle requirements.
Main purpose of the job:
• New business sales
• Account management of new customers
• Introduce and onboard new brokers & dealer groups
• Creating and building introducer relationships
• Grow and maintain the company’s local business presence through networking and other activities
Daily task and duties:
• Prospect direct sales
• Prospect dealers/LBM
• Prospect broker introducers for their customers
• Processing vehicle orders, deliveries and returns of owned accounts
• Excelling in a business development role
• Propose credit lines for new customers to company’s management team
• Update CRM systems with all sales activity & provide up to date MI to management team
• Assist in creating new marketing ideas and materials
• LinkedIn – reaching out to new prospects and introducers
• Networking:
• Digitally (emails and social media)
• Customers prospects visits
• Telesales outbound calling – Team Sales Focus Days
• Local face to face networking events
• Exhibitions
The ideal candidate will:
− Have a proven sales background
− Be motivated and an ambitious sales person
− Think strategically & commercially
− Focus on customer & business needs
− Drive innovation and lead change
− Have proven ability to achieve targets
− Have attention to detail
− Have good computer skills
Would suit someone from either a car showroom background or an Automotive supplier but we’d also be very keen to speak to people outside of the motor trade with a proven track record in sales who is looking for a step into the motor trade.
