Resource/Duration: 1 person, 2-3 days per week for min of three weeks (or until zero defects)

Requirement:

There have been the following issues with product supplied by the supplier into Customers site. These are:

Blocked Tails and Holes not detected by inspection prior to despatch to Customer.
Incorrect batch labels placed on boxes i.e. does not match content of boxes.Deliverables:

Visual inspection required (100%) of next three deliveries for blocked tails for blocked tails/holes.
Confirmation that contents of boxes match identification on outside of box.
Issues to be highlighted to customers so that a decision can be made on whether to proceed with parts shipment.Current delivery profile:

1 delivery per week until April 2022.
2500 items per week.Exit Criteria

Service to continue until such time as a stable, zero defects situation can be confirmed (3 weeks minimum)
