The Learning Management System (LMS) transformation project has a complex range of internal and external stakeholders, including our brand stakeholders, suppliers and stakeholders across our dealer network. The LMS Communications Manager will need to ensure that messaging is tailored to each of these audiences.
Key Activities:
* Work with the LMS Business Lead and the project team to develop a comprehensive communications plan aligned to key project milestones to ensure that all stakeholders receive appropriate key messaging and are managed throughout the change lifecycle
* Work with key stakeholders to draft all communications content and materials, ensuring a clear and coherent style and messaging throughout in line with our Corporate style guide
* Ensure that the communication plan is aligned with key business change activities and supports the delivery and embedding of sustainable change across Retailer Learning Services, our brands and the dealer network
* Deploy all communications using a range of channels as appropriate to reach all stakeholders
* Monitor the effectiveness of all LMS communications to ensure that the communications plan and materials are regularly reviewed and updated to incorporate lessons learned and to ensure that the key messages are being received and understood correctly
* Support other LMS business change management activities as required
Knowledge & Skills:
* Demonstrated experience in successfully planning and managing communications activities
* Experience in developing a range of communications materials and content
* Detailed knowledge of all areas of a Motor manufacturer
* Previous evidence of complex transformations
* Ability to communicate & influence at all levels of the organisation
* Technical knowledge of the Learning and Development best practices, industry trends and innovations
* Strong facilitation & interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with internal and external groups
* Analytical approach to problem-solving and looks for alternatives in solution development
* Experience of working within a transformational change environment and working closely with a project team as well as across a wider organisation
* Educated to degree standard or equivalent (Business Change Management Training / Qualification is an advantage)

* Four months Fixed- term contract
* Milton Keynes
