HIS IS A TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY after 12 weeks
Do you have 12 months experience of working in customer service?
Do you want to get out of retail/hospitality and work in an office environment?
Working within the automotive industry and in a call centre environment. The department is open from 8am until 6pm, full time position is 35 hours per week (based in Knowlhill, Milton Keynes).
Your role will be to co-ordinate and action service and sales opportunities through prospecting existing and lapsed customers to maximise workshops and drive profitability.
Duties to include:
* Talking and listening to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
* Uses a good understanding of the customer’s requirements to guide them towards the product / service that will best meet their needs in an effective manner to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction.
* Outbound service calls to both current and lapsed customers for service and MOT reminders; to convert into workshop appointments.
* Logging call information accurately on the database.
* Handling inbound calls from customers to arrange workshop appointments in busy periods.
* Answering calls quickly and professionally keeping the level of abandoned calls to a minimum.
* Understanding and advising customers on any additional products and services available to the customer, utilising any current promotions.
* Meeting productivity expectations of volume and results.
To be considered you should have:
* Clear communication skills over the telephone
* Experience using MS Office
* Excellent team skills
Once permanent the role offers a performance related monthly bonus! You have the opportunity to earn a monthly performance bonus (ranging from £200 – £1,000 per month) That potentially is an increase to annual salary of between £2,400 to £12,000.
