Business Development Representative – Global Automotive SaaS
£23,000 + Commission, Pension, Healthcare, Clear Development and progression plan

The Business Development Representative is responsible for effective prospecting, as well as driving marketing campaign opportunities with existing and new clients through exceptional relationship building. Candidates must be energetic and focused with an unstoppable motivation to sell and strong desire to succeed. Driving meetings requires dedication, persistence, follow-up, effective utilization of provided resources and unbeatable customer service. This position will include understanding the solutions on offer within the business in order to identify client needs, understanding what constitutes a qualified marketing lead and persistent follow-up and follow-through via phone, email and online order systems.

Nurture warm prospects that are not yet ready to purchase by maintaining the relationship through email and phone conversations and assessing the prospect's pain points and drivers for the purchase decision
You
2+ years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing or customer centric role
Hungry! Demonstrate a strong desire and ability to hit targets and exceed expectations
Must have good cold calling skills and techniques
Demonstrate strong communication skills over-the-phone and when using video conferencing tools
Ability to really listen to a prospect and their day-to-day challenges; identify the key needs of a prospect and translate those needs into possible solution-sets; and build rapport with prospects and customers over the phone and via email
Develop expert level competency of the business solutions
Experience working with (url removed), SalesLoft a plus
Must high energy, self-motivated individual that can thrive in a fun, fast paced environment
