Assistant Tyre Centre Manager in Amersham

Up to £28,000 starting annual salary plus a bonus scheme

Company BenefitsOur client, an automotive service centre/tyre retailer with multiple centres nationwide, are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager with Technician experience and knowledge for their Tyre Centre in Amersham.
 
Reporting to the Centre Manager and leading a Team of Tyre Technicians, Assistant Managers main responsibilities will include:

Assist the Centre Manager in the operation and daily running of the centre playing a key part in the targets including key performance indicators.
Oversee the maintenance of stock values within the centre.
Maximising workflow through the workshop to achieve maximum efficiencies
Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
Implement and enforce our client's policies and procedures ensuring all work carried out is to this standard.
Offer and deliver excellent customer service.
Day to day supervision and oversight of the workshop team.
Assist in workshop mechanical duties such as tyre fitting during peak periods. You will have the ability to lead and manage a team of individuals, the ability to demonstrate success at in developing and maintaining a positive sales culture, a strong customer focus with the ability to encourage the team to deliver a consistent and positive customer experience, and experience in maximising sales whilst controlling costs, compliance with centre and management standards.

A UK driving licence with minimal points in mandatory. Experience working Mechanically will be highly beneficial for this role as our client is seeking an Assistant Manager that are Technical Minded.
