Assistant Manager – Fast Fit Centre

Basic Salary: up to £28,000 (Does not include bonuses)
Monday-Friday,  8:30am – 5:30pm
1 in 2 Saturday Mornings Our client, a well established Fast Fit Centre in Milton Keynes, is seeking to employ a Service Technician to work within their busy yet friendly Company, to ensure that the work is carried out to the company's high standards.

Our Client is offering the successful Assistant Fast Fit Manager:

A Basic Salary of up to £28,000
Monday to Friday (1 in 2 Saturday Mornings)
Fantastic opportunity for development and progression in a management roleDuties of an Assistant Fast-Fit Branch Manager with our Client:

Assist Managing a small team of Technicians.
Organising workload and workshop bookings.
Operating workshop loading system.
Dealing with customer enquiries in person and by telephone.
Quoting for repairs, selling labour hours available via customer bookings.
Accurately recording faults with vehicles/completing job sheets.
Obtaining authority for repairs.
Managing and order parts.
Creating invoices and taking payment from customers.What our Client expects of their Assistant Fast-Fit Branch Manager:

A Desire to move into a Managerial role
Strong understand of health and safety protocols
Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills
High-Level of Organisational Skills
