Your new role
Company are looking to transform their Warehouse function by remapping the warehouse and implementing a new WMS next year. The key requirement is strong leadership skills and background, as they are looking to bring in an individual to motivate and develop the team of operatives and ensure they all come on the journey. The required shift is 2-10 on the late shift.

What you'll need to succeed

Demonstrable experience of leading, developing and coaching teams to improve performance and efficiency.
Led a team through a situation of change / continuous improvement
