We are looking for a Motion Designer with a minimum of 3 years experience, to fill a new position within a thriving B2B digital creative agency. You’ll be part of a collaborative creative team working across campaigns and marketing communications for global brands. The job is full-time and permanent on a part-remote basis, 3 days per week at the Milton Keynes office. This role is commutable from Northampton, Leicester, Leamington Spa, Oxford, Banbury, Bedford, Luton, Aylesbury and Hemel Hempstead.

About the Role
In your role as Motion Designer, you will report to the Creative Director and work closely with other Motion Designers, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Media and Front-End Developers. Key responsibilities will be creating storyboards from scripts, creating 2D assets and characters, sourcing music and voiceover artists before producing the finished video, often adhering to strict brand guidelines. You will have the confidence to challenge briefs and ideas in a constructive way to find the right creative solution.
About You
* Good ideation and storyboarding skills
* A minimum of 3 years industry experience
* Confident working within client brand guidelines
* Strong awareness of project timings and deadlines with the ability to meet them
* Excellent project management skills
* Have a real passion for motion graphics and the latest design/motion trends
* Excellent attention to detail
Confident in:
* Adobe After Effects
* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe Premier Pro
* Character Animation
Would be an advantage:
* Live action editing
* Adobe Audition
* Cinema 4D
