Fine Art Warehouse Manager – Buckinghamshire – £40 – £50k – VR/21273

Our client, a specialist shipper of fine art, antiques and other unique items, are seeking an experienced Fine Art Warehouse Manager to join their team.

Fine Art Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:

Collection and delivery to customers (packaged and unpackaged items)
Collection and delivery of Air Cargo
Packing and boxing of items at warehouse and on-site with clients, including fragiles, works of art and antiques
Liaising with customers by phone and face to face
Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles
Arranging transport including collections/ deliveries with customers and with part-time staff as required
Planning and arranging with show contacts and clients for exhibition setups and deliveries
Exhibition deliveries and collections including unpacking and repacking
Warehouse storage planning, organisation and general maintenance
Use of forklift to load/unload freight on vehicles and within the warehouse storage
Creating and updating paperwork and required documentation
Other ad-hoc duties as required

Skills and Experience required for Fine Art Warehouse Manager role:

Clean CRB Check
Previous experience of handling and packing high-end, fragile fine arts and antiques is also essential
Excellent English language skills, both written and oral, is required as you will be working closely with clients and senior management within the business on a daily basis
