This leading integrated agency, based in beautiful offices in Milton Keynes, is looking for a Digital Advertising Designer / Artworker to join their busy creative studio. They work with clients who are household brand names on creatively driven work that wins awards, and due to increased client growth, they need a new creative in their digital creative team to work on all their digital artwork campaigns across web banners, emailers and digital communication. The agency will be doing a blend of working onsite/remotely. Their offices are a very short walk from Old Wolverton train station in Milton Keynes, which is commutable from Bedford, Northampton, Bicester, Luton, Hertford and Aylesbury. This is a permanent role and comes with a salary of £25-33k (DOE).
The Role
Your main responsibility is for the production and creation of banners and emails; working with the wider design team, you will be taking static PhotoShop and Adobe XD designs from the design team and producing moving digital web banners and emailers.
You will be confident in using HTML5 and CSS to convert these static designs using Adobe Animate and Google Web Designer to ensure that the production of these is fully responsive and mobile friendly.
The software and skills needed in this role:
* HTML5 and CSS
* Adobe CS Suite
* Adobe Animate
* Google Web Designer
* Sketch / Adobe XD
* Email standards and best practices using tools such as Dreamweaver etc to enable creating Eshots via the likes of Mailchimp, Adap and Litmus
* UI Design/ Digital design across both desktop and mobile
Responsibilities in the role include:
* Banner & Email creation
* Asset creation & preparation using Adobe CC Suite
* Creating digital creative artwork across multiple touchpoints, with the odd occasion working on offline creative artwork in busy periods within the team
* Providing accurate timing estimate on your work and providing quality assurance
