I am currently recruiting for a major global client, our client are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join an award winning contact centre team. Our client offers a great working environment, fantastic opportunities and a competitive package.

The Role
Our client are a full-scale multi-channel retailer and a leading British menswear brand. Who continue to grow rapidly both in the UK and internationally with increasing sales year on year?

You'll answer all inbound calls from customers to place orders, manage queries and resolve issues or complaints. You'll then ensure all systems are updated accordingly. You'll respond to customer's emails and make the necessary outbound calls to resolve any issues. You'll perform a variety of admin tasks to support the wider customer service team and work within key targets set by your Team Leader.

What we are looking for
You'll have some experience in providing excellent front line customer service either in a Contact Centre environment or similar. You'll have an understanding of what makes excellent customer service and have a real desire to go above and beyond for our customers. You'll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and have good PC skills. You'll be flexible with working patterns and be happy to work weekends.

Job Type: Full Time & Part Time Shifts Available

Full Time:
12:00 to 21:00, Rotational Weekends
14:00 to 23:00, Rotational Weekends
16:00 to 01:00, Rotational Weekends

Part Time:
09:00 to 13:00 Mon, Thursday to Sunday
09:00 to 13:00 Mon, Tues, Friday to Sunday
09:00 to 18:00 Tuesday to Saturday
17:00 to 21:00 Tuesday to Saturday
17:00 to 21:00 Monday to Thursday & Sunday

Salary:
Days – £10.42ph
Nights – £12.50ph
