About the role
They are looking for an experienced Creative Graphic Designer, with a passion for creativity, and good Social Media Skills, to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic role for the right candidate, working as part of a talented team in a fast-paced environment, on varied projects of both a graphic and digital nature.
Your main duties will include working on all digital aspects including social media, website content, designing promotional concepts, user interface design, analytics, reporting, email campaigns as well as supporting the development team with artwork for web and app initiatives plus client presentations. The role is varied and offers a great opportunity to be creative.
Key Responsibilities
· Campaigns: Work alongside the Team to create concepts and designs for marketing campaigns.
· Design and develop presentations and proposals to present to prospective clients.
· Content; Create visually stunning pdfs, infographics, and product marketing collateral.
· Website: Deliver a brand-new website, provide new page designs, and design refreshes to existing pages.
· Brand guardian; Take ownership and be the champion for the existing brand.
· Brand evolution: An opportunity to work alongside the Team to evolve all visual elements of the brand.
· Video creations: Work with agencies or on your own if you have the know-how to create video case studies and product walkthroughs.
· User Interface Design: create brilliant experiences anyone can use.
Person Profile
· Ideally Agency side or in-house experience of at least 2 years
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design & After Affects or similar programmes.
· An understanding and interest in website design (WordPress) would be advantageous.
· Being self-motivated and design focused is vital.
· Graphic design qualification (or related subject).
· An understanding of b2b marketing would be advantageous.
· The Creative/ Graphic Designer is not expected to be able to build HTML as we have our own inhouse development team. However, any coding experience would be desirable.
· Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and sometimes to tight deadlines.
· A relentless pursuit to create stunning design work.
· Self-motivated, driven and the desire to help.
Education
· Qualification in Graphic Design or related subject
· A-Levels or equivalent
Experience
· 2+ Years Graphic Design
· 2+ Years, Social Media
