We are looking for a highly capable and dynamic artworker who is looking to join an ambitious team within a growing multi channel business. Expect an exciting breadth of tasks and an opportunity to really grow into the role. Working with the Creative Manager you will be involved in processing the majority of the assets the business uses in marketing.

General Requirements

Manage art work for online and offline campaigns, over a variety of formats, platforms and projects.

Maintain shared image libraries.
Help to interpret and check briefs to create solutions meeting deadlines, budgets and sales goals.

Re-touch, re-size and re-colour photographic imagery where required.
Positively represent visual marketing responsibilities and channel responsibilities.

Be a good critic of both concept and execution, providing realistic and actionable feedback.

Allocate and manage store POS deliveries.
Seek out new technical and creative design strategies and ideas.
Support e commerce with the creation of web and social assets where required.

Main duties

Work with Creative Manager to make sure all artwork is accurate and print ready and on time.

Work with the wider team to ensure that all photography is saved accurately with correct name and in the right folders.

Help to manage the license process inked with all imagery.
Work with printers ensuring that all POS and packaging is delivered on time and in budget.

Help to manage the retail store POS requirements, ensuring all artwork is accurate and print ready. Manage allocations to stores and store deliveries. Work with the printers to deliver the most cost effective solutions.

Work alongside external agencies in a professional manner, building effective relationships and ensuring the company is obtaining value for money at all times.

Manage the artwork and delivery of store swing tickets and adverts, and ensure that all information is accurate.

Work with design and marketing on retail product packaging artworks and specifications.

Work with the web team and creative manager to deliver web page layouts for brand and user generated content.

Set up, manage and maintain the image and asset database ensuring images are processed as necessary and available for all channels within Rohan.

Support with photographic studio requirements where required.

Knowledge & Experience

At least three years experience working for a consumer brand.
Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
Experience in art working and creation of collateral within a multi-channel retailer.

Experience of working on digital based assets.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Work independently (within the boundaries of the brand guidelines).
Experience working with printers and print formats.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and/or requirements.
Able to produce visual content for all sizes of print and e-commerce.
Confidence to work independently and within a small team.
Great interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent ability to collaborate.

Ability to work at pace and own decisions and consequences of those decisions.

Excellent organisational and time management skills able to work to tight deadlines.

Ability to quickly build and maintain exceptional relationships cross functionally.
