Our Client, based in Aylesbury, specialise in the beauty trade and are looking for a Club Services Team Consultant to come on board and join their team to provide full customer support and providing and dealing with all of their queries.

Responsibilities
* First point of contact for salon orders by phone and email.
* Sales order processing.
* Offering a seamless customer experience, from the moment the order is placed, to its safe and timely delivery.
* Upselling where required.
* Assist in promotions, events.
* Maximise sales opportunities where possible.
* Provide Customer Service and Support dealing with any queries, complaints, stock enquiries or returns.
* To provide after sales support to customers.
* Understand monthly sales plans and performance targets
* Sound product knowledge and can competently discuss all brands with customers
Benefits and Package
£21,500 per annum.
Hours of work are 9am – 5:30pm with a hour for lunch.
Free on site parking.
