We are really excited to offer the opportunity of a Trainee Workshop Engineer to join our team. You will gain valuable experience both with customers and machinery which will help you to progress within your career. You will have the chance to speak with customers both over the phone and face to face helping to expand your customer service skills which will become transferrable to other roles you may wish to progress in.

As part of your role you will be given the knowledge of how to operate various production machinery within our workshops and supervised as you begin to work with our equipment on a daily basis. You will also gain experience in a work shop environment and gain understanding of health and safety procedures you will need to follow. You will also learn how to produce parts which are specific to the agricultural industry.
