Site Administrator
Whitchurch, Shropshire
Temp – Perm
7am – 3pm/7am – 5pm
£10 per hour

Working from the rural/agricultural Head Office of a busy and expanding company, you will cover approx 50 fields across the business so will be based outdoors the majority of the time.

Job role / duties

Liaising with the on site Co-ordinator, you will action the requirement of any Health & Safety related equipment such as PPE for workers and ensure all relevant paperwork is up to date
Ensure risk assessments are carried out & all administration is dealt with and processed for this
Order & issue PPE on site when required according to staffing numbers and weather requirements
Feedback to the Operations manager on any issues, problems or queries and action
Complete and populate Excel spreadsheets to ensure compliance

To be considered for this role you MUST:

Have worked in the agriculture industry and have an awareness of this type of business
Have your own transport due to location
Be a confident verbal & written communicator
Possess strong IT skills
Be happy to work predominantly outdoors
