A successful family run aggregate business is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team!
The desired applicant will feel comfortable being part of a small team where teamwork is everything and are not afraid to get stuck in. It is a very fast paced environment that would require the successful candidate to “think on their feet”.

Who enjoys a varied role of both administration and customer service?
If so, then we’ve got the job for you!
Monday to Friday (9-5pm), 35 hours per week
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-
Being the first point contact by phone, dealing with orders and general enquiries
Providing the highest levels of customer service with customers on the yard
Pricing up orders of aggregates (over the phone and face to face)
Liaising with the team to ensure that the customers’ expectations are managed and met
Printing customer invoices
Credit control of existing accounts
Updating the Company website and social media platforms i.e. Facebook
Person fit:-
Engaging with customers
Excellent attention to detail
Calm under pressure
Doer – likes to get stuck in and do what it’s required to get the job done.
Essential:-
Due to the clients location you must have your own transport
Good working knowledge of word and excel (This will be tested as part of the application)
*For the right candidate this could be a progressive role where there would be opportunity to take on additional tasks and responsibilities.
