We are currently looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst to join our existing team based in Milton Keynes. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus great benefits.

Joining us as our Workforce Planning Analyst is an exciting opportunity for someone who is look to build a career within the planning environment.
Main responsibilities as our Workforce Planning Analyst will require you to:
– Compile staffing level requirements / forecasting and workplace scheduling in call-centre
– Prepares reports to determine call volume, calling patterns, service trends, and staff productivity
– Tracks holiday schedules, shift change requests, and monitors new-hire, holiday, and seasonal shift needs
– Updates and maintains scheduling database with current information
What we are looking for in our idea Workforce Planning Analyst:
– Previous work experience in call centre environment
– Some forecasting or scheduling experience
– A professional and flexible approach with a “can do” attitude
– A high level of attention to detail
– Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Experience
