Job Title: Warehouse Operations Administrator – Immediate Start

My client has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operations Administrator to join their team in Milton Keynes.
The Warehouse Operations Administrator is directly responsible for completing all administration functions across Inbound, Pick Processing and Outbound activities within our operational environment. They will interact with external suppliers and carriers on a daily basis, along with being comfortable with dealing and communicating with all levels within the internal organisation.
Responsibilities
o Booking of Goods In
o Book in all received stock onto our internal system within the same day of arrival.
o Check through all receipt paperwork to ensure that product details and quantities match against what has been reported.
o Report all non-conformances relating to Goods In paperwork to Warehouse Management team
o Scan and file all receipt paperwork.
o When the Goods In Administrator is not available, take responsibility for confirming supplier request bookings within the Goods In calendar. Notifying the Warehouse Management team directly of any potential issues that arrive through the process.
o Liaise directly with the purchasing team regarding any issues with carriers.
o Pick Processing
o Run customer orders off the system as operational picks and log within internal tracker when required.
o Create any labels that might be required/requested as part of the delivery conformance process.
o Investigate customer queries when required.
o Scan and file all completed pick notes.
o Outbound
o Check third party parcel carriers on-line customer service systems to check the status of the previous days parcel despatches. Informing the Warehouse Manager of any issues, non-conformances, or failures.
o Check third party pallet network providers on-line customer service systems for live updates regarding the previous days pallet network despatches. Notifying the Warehouse Management team of any issues, non-conformances or failures.
o Update internal delivery tracker for both parcel and pallet network deliveries.
o Download all external delivery PODs onto our system.

o Excellent organisational and customer service skills
o Very good verbal and written communication skills
o Strong attention to detail with a willingness to identify and own a problem.
o Good problem solving skills
o PC literate with the ability to use MS Office
o Ability to work well by themselves without constant direct from their line manager
o Ability to support the Warehouse Management team with internal business audits and processes when required
o To support the business with any other reasonable business requests or requirements that are needed.
