My client, a leading company based in Milton Keynes are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager on a full time permanent basis.

The role will involve –

Ensure all tasks are allocated within th warehouse to ensure that the daily workload can be carried out to ensure KPIs are met. Schedule workload and offer overtime to ensure targets are achieved
Manage and communicate with assistant warehouse managers so they can manage and monitor the daily workflow smoothly. Ensure that assistant warehouse managers are continually reviewing employee skilles to ensure they are developed where appropriate
Ensure inventory accuracy levels are continually improved
Ensure all Health and Safety are adhered to
Ensure employee are multi skilled in all areas of the warehouse functions so they can be moved around sections if required.
Proactively seek to improve the quality of the warehouse operation
Monitor and seek ways to reduce costs within the warehouse.
Monitor and manage the attendance levels of staff
Communicate internally with other departments on day-to-day issues and discuss business workloads
Communicate openly with the Assistant to the Managing Director so they are fully aware of all issues within the operations
Manage the security of the building
Meet and exceed the monthly sales target where the work is available
Analyse and improve the efficiency of the warehouse functions to meet business requirements
Essential requirements –

Warehouse Management experience
Experience within multi site
Looked after 150+ members of staff
Experienced with using Warehouse Management IT systems
