Are you an experienced administrator? Do you have experience of working within a logistics environment and able to work rotating shifts?
We are working with a Milton Keynes based business on an exciting job opportunity for a person to join them on a full time temporary basis as an Administrator.
The role is Monday to Friday, on the rotating shift 7am – 3pm and then 3pm – 11pm
Responsibilities:
Processing orders in the system
Working closely with Outbound Management Team to control orders flow
Producing report to check if all orders are completed within agreed time frame
Responding to Contact Centre queries (email/phone)
Amending order details in system
Creating shipments in Metapack
Skills required:
Verbal and written communication skills
PC skills
Basic Excel
The hourly rate for this role is £10.50 ph to £11.77 ph whilst temporary with a view to an increase in rate on being made permanent.
