Are you a Transport Operator looking for your next challenge?  Have you had exposure to Team Leader or Supervisory experience?  My client is well respected within the transport industry and is looking for an experienced Transport Operator to come and join their team based in Milton Keynes. Some of the duties will include:

Managing Driver hours
Ensure all Drivers are inducted correctly
Manage tachograph infringements
Running KPI reports
Planning and scheduling
Escalate any issues
Good people skills
Leading from the front and upskilling the existing team
This position is paying between £28,000 – £33,000 dependant on experience and is working 4 on 4 off 6am – 6pm.  My client offers free onsite parking and a fun working environment.
