Job Title – Training Strategy Administrator
Location – Milton Keynes
Rates – £115.09 – PAYE or £131.81 Ltd/Umbrella
In scope of IR35
About the role:
My client is looking for a Training Strategy Administrator to join their busy team for an initial period of 6 months with a possibility of extending.
What you will do:
Day to day duties will include but not be limited to;
Undertaking general office administration duties including the control of our mail
Co-ordinating diaries, processing and maintaining personnel records assets such as mobile telephones
Arranging travel, hotels, vehicles for your team
Organising meetings and the production, collation and dissemination of documentation for the meeting
Providing a consistent telephone presence on behalf of the team delivering excellent customer service levels
Distributing and building communications to the team
Maintaining an efficient filing system
Managing Suppliers
Administration of queries, invoices and purchase orders
Supporting the organising of workshops
General administration including some reporting and admin of slide packsYour experience will include:
Exceptional organisation skills
Previous administration experience
High attention to detail
Hold a breadth of experience; in different industries etc
Competent in all standard Microsoft packagesWhat you'll get in return
