We’re looking for a Tender Specialist to support our team as we strive to help improve outcomes for healthcare professionals and their patients.

The role:

Reporting directly to the Contracts and Tender Excellence Team Leader you will work as part of a small team to manage the tender response process from identifying key business opportunities, through planning tender workflows whilst collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the tender process to ensure that all tenders responses are produced on time with maximum added value, and presented in a professional manner in order to maximise the potential business gain.

* Identify potential tender opportunities and communicate with appropriate stakeholders.

* Ensure that tender and contracting process is performed in accordance with Mӧlnlycke’s Contracts and Tender Excellence process (CATE).

* Draft customer agreements using pre-approved Mӧlnlycke contract templates.

* Monitor expiring contracts and ensure that contract extension are signed and returned.

* Ensure that any management fees associated with contracts are communicated to business controllers prior to the start of any new or amended contracts.

* Support Commercial Excellence Director and Contracts Team Leader with building and delivery of Contracts and Tender Excellence training.

* To support other members of the Contract & Pricing department as and when required

Qualifications & Experience:

* Previous experience in similar information centric administrative role – Essential

* Proven communication and presentation skills – Essential

* Demonstrable commercial relationship building – Essential

* Ability to prioritise and manage heavy work load – Essential

* Analytical and business acumen mindset – Essential

* Degree in History/Geography or similar information data focused field – Beneficial
