Afternoon Receptionist
Temporary 1 Week (11 to 15 October)
Milton Keynes
Part time! Part time! Yes, it doesn't happen very often!
We have a great opportunity for a part time Receptionist in a successful Milton Keynes company. Working hours are Monday to Friday 1pm to 6pm.
In the role of receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, both in person and on the telephone. We are looking for someone with a positive and friendly attitude to ensure a smooth welcome to the business.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Answer telephone calls and direct to recipient
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of any messages taken
Maintain visitors book including signing in and out
Keep abreast of staff movements
Ensure reception area is kept clean, tidy and covered at all times
Receipt of deliveries ensuring they reach the right recipient
We are looking for someone with:
Experience of a previous similar role
Can communicate effectively
Ability to work under pressure
Personable, friendly and well presented
