Up to 24K per year
5 days a week – Monday to Friday – 9am start! Could be flexible

The client is flexible to consider a more Junior / HR Admin experience to cover in the immediate short term
To provide support to the HR Function, Managers and Colleagues across all HR administrative processes, focusing on the Colleague end to end life cycle
Responsibilities:
•Assist with day to day operations of the HRSS team;
•Provide administrative support to the HRSS team – namely in letter preparation and colleague record management;
• Support colleague life cycle management through assisting with tasks related to the new starter, change and leaver processes;
•Compile and update employee records via processing of HRIS activities;
•Deal with colleague requests via HRIS ticketing system
•Assist in payroll preparation and processing where required and directed.
We ideally need..
•Experience of using HR Systems from an administration perspective.
•Previous experience within an HR function (preferably within a multi-site organisation).
•Ability to work under pressure, on own initiative
•Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
•High level of confidentiality for sensitive information
