One of our Corporate clients located in Milton Keynes require three Temporary Telephonists to start as soon as possible, on an indefinite basis.
Full training will be provided.
You will be required to answer incoming calls, take down messages or put the enquiry call through to someone who can assist them further.
The ideal person will possess the following:
– Excellent communication skills, including a friendly, helpful and patient telephone manner
– A clear voice and good listening skills
– The ability to use your initiative to find the right member of staff for a caller
These temp assignments are for an indefinite period of time, however, there will be a strong possibility of being made permanent in another role within the organisation, once this assignment is completed.
Hours of work – 9-5 Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch
