About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineer and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. We're working on an 80km stretch of the new High Speed 2 line (HS2).
We’re looking for a Team Organiser to join our 'Calvert Area' team in Twyford, Buckinghamshire. This role will primarily support our Construction Director for this area. This will include Personal Assistant duties such as diary management, taking notes and actions and office consumables procurement.
We would also like you to manage our Organisation Chart for the Calvert Area as well as helping with orientations for new starters. There will be some Microsoft Teams management required for organisation of the meeting rooms.
You will support the Office Manager with correspondence and document management as well as general office administration.
About The Candidate
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of Document Management systems
Knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
Good communication skills
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
Well organised individual with collaborative working skills
