About The Role
At EKFB we’re changing the way our industry works for the better, and we want you to be a part of it. We're looking for a Team Organiser to join our Communications team based from our Milton Keynes office.
In this role you will be responsible for meeting room bookings, Microsoft Teams management, and event booking where required. You will support with quality assurance of Communications documentation. We expect you to be involved with social media content distribution in line with the Communications schedule.
You will need to manage the administration required for budgets, ad-hoc intranet updates and you must keep track of Communications materials for example banners. We would like you to assist with formatting of Communications emails and send based on the Comms schedule. You will need to contribute towards the library of resources for communications material and take minutes in meetings recording actions and monitoring completion.
We expect you to manage the Communications team shared inbox, delegating as and when required.
About The Candidate
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role with similar values
Knowledge of Document Management systems
Excellent working knowledge of Office 365, including Microsoft Teams.
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail, organisation and time management skills are essential
