Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team, so we are keen to speak with people with a strong background within Supply Chain.
In this role you will provide administrative support and be instrumental in achieving this success.
Position: Supply Chain Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum DOE
The job will involve…
Liaising with suppliers
Raising replenishment orders for authorisation
Review, monitor and update open orders on SAP
Managing invoices / packing lists from suppliers via e-mail
Tracking deliveries and liaising with external agencies to book in the deliveries to site
Filing of all shipment documents
Monitoring and updating SAP with container arrival dates / booking times
Resolving and investigating stock differences
Obsolete stock management
Stock adjustment management
Setting up new codes on SAP
The Person will…
A strong knowledge of a busy Administration Office
Good communication skills
Good attention to detail
Good organisational skills and ability to work to, and sometime implement own, processes
Intermediate level Excel experience is desirable
An understanding of Supply Chain processes would be advantageous
SAP (Business One) experience is preferred
