The Client
The company is an award winning, highly successful family owned business with a rich trading history of over 35 years. This multi location business has a truly global reach with revenues exceeding £50m. They have an envious list of blue chip customers and are a market leader within the automotive industry as well as associated industries.
The Role
To support the supply chain team leader in providing a cost effective supply chain, with supplier on time delivery and product quality being a key focus. Liasing with freight forwarders for import and cost effectiveness.
You
* Ideally you will have experience working in a logistics environment.
* Experience working in a supply/chain procurement environment
* A confident communicator who will ideally have experience working with suppliers
* An excellent knowledge of MS Excel is essential due to the nature of the role
* Strong attention to detail and methodical in your approach
